R & M Estates (Sutton Coldfield) Ltd are a family-owned Property Management Agent based in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield.
Rachael and Michael, combined, have almost 70 years experience in the Property and Construction Sectors. Michael, the Senior Property Manager at RMESC is a Chartered Surveyor with Rachael, the Senior Account Manager, overseeing the accounting functions at RMESC.

- Organisation and chairing of Annual General Meetings
- Completion of LPE1 Forms for sale transactions
- Regulated by RICS and a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
In addition to the foregoing, RMESC can carry out Contract Administration services; Schedules of Work / Specification Writing; Architectural Services and Feasibility Studies; and Building Surveying Services in respect of Asset Management, Building Reinstatement Valuations, Defects Analysis and Reparation Advice, Landlord & Tenant, Repairs and Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance Reports and Expert Witness services.
